"Welcome to ABC Medical Centre.  Please listen to the following menu and select your desired extension.  For Dr. Smith press 1, for Dr. Jones press 2, for Nurse station press 3 and for all other enquiries please press 0".

 
Call charging facility

 

We can provide a call charging facility to your healthcare facility.  This solution is very popular with nursing homes as residents can enjoy making and receiving calls in the privacy of their own room by virtue of a direct-dial-in facility.  

 

This is linked to a software package which allows the owner or manager to calculate any telephone costs for each room at the end of each month.  Various restricitions can be applied where directed.

 
Cordless Phones - Full DECT mobility

 

Key members of staff can be given cordless phones to make and receive calls anywhere in the facility.  Ideal in cases of emergency, staff members remain contactable despite being away from their desk.  Our range of Panasonic cordless phones can suit any environment from slim lightweight handsets to heavy duty rubberised handsets depending on your needs.

Patient Call System

 

K.T. Communications can provide your clinic or practice with the technology required to increase your efficiency.   Our call system allows you to call patients forward directly from your appointment systems. Single or multipe calls can be displayed on flat screen monitors in the patient waiting areas. Important health or service information can be displayed when the screens are not being utilised to call patients, including videos, images and scrolling text. 

 

By using our system receptionists can save time by not having to vocally call patients. This affords them more time to provide better care and attention to patients who are in most need of it.

 

 
Digital Signage 

 

K.T. Communications can provide your place of business with dynamic HD advertising displays.  Single or multiple screens can be mounted in common areas to display messages relavent to your business.  These messages can be image advertisments, videos or scrolling text.

Headsets 

 

Lightweight headsets provide your administation and reception staff with the comfort of answering calls handsfree. To achieve a steady flow of answered calls, it is recommended that reception staff in particular wear headsets to be as effeicient as possible.  Also, our wireless headsets gives your staff the flexibilty to move around the office while on a call.
